Our experienced team

We’re a multidisciplinary group of coordinators, nurses, and Health Care Aides with extensive experience in home and community care.

Quality & safety commitments

Screened & trained staff

Police Information Check (Vulnerable Sector), references, orientation, and competencies for transfers, dementia‑aware communication, and IP&C.

Policies & documentation

Care plans, visit notes, MARs (where applicable), incident reporting, and continuous improvement reviews.

Safety in homes

Risk assessments, body mechanics training, and equipment use (e.g., lifts) per assessment and consent.

Our story

2024–2025 — Foundations
Formed Tianian Seniors Services Ltd., launched home care services, and piloted a home‑style Adult Day Program.
2025 — Small supportive living
Expanded to small group homes (3–6 residents) with person‑centred routines.
